Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ramosh! Here is our shipping policy, with delivery times, rates, and important guidelines.
 

General Terms

• Order Timing: Orders placed outside working hours (9 am - 8 pm) or during public holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery times may be delayed during promotional periods, sales, and public holidays.

• Estimated Delivery Times: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, you may request a full refund.

• Pre-Orders: Delivery timelines for pre-orders differ from standard timelines and are based on the estimated release date on the product page.

1. Delivery within the UAE

• Free Delivery: on Orders of 250 AED and more.
• Shipping Fee: 30 AED for orders below 250 AED.
• Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Failed Delivery:
If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to two attempts to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, it will be marked as failed. To reattempt delivery, a fee of 30 AED will apply, even if the original delivery was free. If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery, a 30 AED fee will be deducted from the refund as compensation for handling costs.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD ONLY AVAILABLE IN UAE.

2. Delivery to GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE)

• Free Delivery: on Orders of 500 AED and more.
• Shipping Fee: 79 AED for orders below 500 AED.
• Delivery Time: Approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Failed Delivery:
For failed delivery attempts, the original delivery fee of 79 AED will be reapplied if a re-delivery is requested. For order cancellations after a failed delivery attempt, a handling fee of 79 AED will be deducted from your refund.

**Please note that any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on your country’s customs policies.

3. International Shipping

• Flat Rate: 149 AED for up to 3 items.
• Larger Orders: Contact us at support@Ramosh.com for a custom quote.
• Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

Failed Delivery:
For international orders, the original shipping fee of 149 AED will be reapplied for re-delivery. Canceled orders following failed delivery attempts will have the shipping fee deducted from the refund as a handling charge.
