Return & Refund Policy
ramosh Ready Made Garments offers a flexible return policy, allowing you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, all items (including any promotional gifts accompanying the order) must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the following conditions:
Items must be unaltered, unused, and in a fully resalable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust cover, with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Any authenticity cards, if provided, should also be returned.
The return must include the original order confirmation.
Please note that customers bear the return & exchange shipping cost. This cost corresponds to the standard delivery rates for each region:
UAE: 30 AED
GCC: 79 AED
International: 149 AED
These charges apply even if the original shipping was free. Additionally, ramosh Ready Made Garments reserves the right to apply extra fees, such as handling or additional shipping costs, if the return shipping incurs higher-than-expected expenses.
To initiate a return, schedule a collection from your delivery address by:
Logging into your account and requesting a return, or
Contacting our support team at support@ramosh.ae.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued for the undamaged items, excluding any original delivery fees and cash handling fees (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Cash on Delivery: Refunds are issued as store credit.
Reward Points: Any points (if applicable) used will be returned to your rewards account.
Store Credit: Full refund credited to your ramosh account for future purchases (no bank refund issued).
Third-Party Services (e.g., Tabby, Tamara): Refunds are handled as per the service provider’s terms.
Damaged Goods and Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return it within 14 days for a full refund, including any original delivery charges, cash handling fees, and applicable duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock. For items with potential manufacturing defects, please contact us via email support@ramosh.ae
Packaging
Return items in their original packaging, as damaged packaging may affect eligibility for a full refund. While our agents may inspect items during collection, this does not guarantee refund approval.
Gifted Items
Only the original purchaser can return gifted items, with refunds credited to the purchaser’s account.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and are refunded as store credit only.
To exchange an item, schedule a collection from your delivery address. Please note:
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes within the same product.
Exchange orders are processed only after the initial item is approved for return.
If technical issues prevent order creation, store credits will be issued.
Exchanges can be cancelled at any time.
Only eligible items, located in the same warehouse and returnable under our policy, qualify for exchange.
Items purchased using coupon codes are not eligible for exchange.
Note: Exchanges are only available to UAE customers under the conditions specified.
**Outside UAE: For orders placed outside the UAE, customers are responsible for applicable fees and return shipping costs, and the item must reach us within 14 days for eligibility.
Monitoring Returns
ramosh Ready Made Garments reserves the right to monitor returns to prevent abuse of the return policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@ramosh.ae for assistance.
